TECHNICAL ALERT #11 It has been determined that in certain circumstances the clustering parameter may not be saved to the TWO COOL® database. If you do not change the clustering parameter from the default value of 1, then you will not experience any problem. If you do change the clustering parameter or expect to in the future, the below listed work around will prevent any problems. The clustering parameter is only an issue when trying to save type 1 or type 4 database files from the second column of the two column model (CHIPFAB2.XLS). Saving these models from column 1 or from the one column model will work correctly. A revised file (TWOCOOL.XLM) is available on the WWK website at http://www.wwk.com. Select the Tech Support button and then TWO COOL® Downloads. If you would prefer a new installer disk or need a user name and password for the download, please contact WWK directly.
