It has been discovered that the Reports:Database Reports:Recent Database Actions selection causes a critical error in v3.1. This error is generated whether there are any database actions during the current work session or not. This error has been corrected in release v3.1.1 and all report footers and the Help:About TWO COOL... dialog box have been updated to reflect 3.1.1 as the current version.

There is no known work around other than to install this upgrade which is available free of charge to all current maintenance agreement customers.
